How To Increase Self Esteem With
"Fun And Magic"

Want to increase self esteem and personal power? Making a magical vision board (or vision scrapbook) is a fantastic self esteem activity that will invoke your inner genie and help you manifest a new and happier you.

When you look at yourself, and what you have manifested in your life, what do you see?...

If you have low self esteem, I imagine that the images that immediately come into your mind when I ask you this question, are pretty negative.

Low self esteem can affect every area of your life, so what you could be seeing are things like a poor body image, a junky car because you can't afford a better one, a job that doesn't serve you...

...Perhaps you may visualize the angry face of a person in your life who doesn't harmonize with you, or you might see your children with unhappy faces and feel guilty for not being a better parent.

When you have low self esteem, you can see things everywhere in your life that make you feel bad about yourself.

Did you know that by focusing on these negative images, you can actually attract more of them?...

...This is how the Cosmic Law Of Attraction works, and what it means is that energy attracts like energy -- or, you attract what you focus on.

By displaying images of what you want in life, your vision board helps you focus on them -- rather than on what you don't want -- manifest your dreams, and increase self esteem. A huge part of low self esteem is feeling inadequate, powerless, and ineffective. Learning to manifest what you want will help turn that around.

What Are The Benefits?

  • Use it to help yourself, and others. Low self esteem tends to run in families. Members can create their own boards -- a great self esteem building activity for children -- and make a family board as well. Did I mention that they are super fun to make? Getting everyone focused on their goals is a powerful and effective way to manifest positive change, and increase self esteem for the whole family.

  • Helps you manifest the life you want using the Law of Attraction.

  • Helps you identify and eliminate self defeating beliefs that are causing your low self esteem.

  • Helps you discover what you really want to have, do and be.
  • Teaches and encourages goal setting. As you see it working, you won't want to quit!

  • Keeps you inspired and focused on your dreams. "Energy goes where attention flows".

What You Can Use It For

You can use a vision board to manifest anything you want. If you can find a picture of it, or make a drawing of it, you can put it on your vision board.

Whether it's an object, a feeling, or an accomplishment, you can use a vision board to manifest it. Here are some ideas of what you can use it to create...

  • Increase self esteem! As you see yourself making so many positive changes, more self esteem is the natural result."

  • Getting healthy, and in shape.

  • A fulfilling career. You are never stuck. If you desire work that would make you happier, and more prosperous -- make your own vision board. It will help you take the steps to manifest it.

  • Harmonious and happy relationships.

  • A new home.

  • Travel, fun and excitement.
  • Overcoming phobias. Scared of flying or speaking in public? Choose images that represent you overcoming those fears.

  • Happiness and peace.

  • Things you desire.

The Rules

Here are five rules you must learn about making vision boards...

Rule #1:

Never limit yourself. Pick what you deep down, truly desire. Don't say, "I could never afford that". Don't decide you are not smart enough, too old, or other such self defeating ideas. Believe that you "are an unlimited being, receiving from an unlimited Source", because that is what you are.

Rule #2:

When you make your selections, do not concern yourself with how you will manifest it. Doing so will ruin the magic. Leave that part up to the Universe. Your job is to decide what you want. The Universe will figure out the best way to make it happen. Be open to the opportunity when it comes -- you'll know -- and take action.

Rule #3:

Whenever you look at your vision board, do not think of how nice it wil be when you have the things on it. Instead, know that you already have them. Feel the joy of having them. That joy is a huge part of making the magic work.

Rule #4:

Follow your heart. Let love decide which items you choose. Don't choose things because they are popular, or because it wil impress someone else. Here is a secret to life -- you and your path are one. What you love is your path.

Rule #5:

When your vision board is complete, ask yourself what actions you can take now to help manifest them. Want to move into a new home? Clean house and prepare! Have a garage sale. Get rid of all of the things you no longer want. Donate, Recyle, or just chuck them. Look at all the ways you can "lay down the red carpet" for your dreams to arrive on.

If you're having trouble deciding what items to choose for your vision board, this self esteem workbook provides an outstanding method for discovering what you want.

Here is the trick to finding and eliminating negative beliefs....

Whenever you desire to place something on your vision board, but think that it's unrealistic, write down what beliefs you have that make you think that way. Look at any underlying, supporting beliefs you may have. Get to the root of the problem.

You will increase self esteem as you decrease self defeating beliefs.

How To Make A Vision Board, Or Vision Journal

All you need is a peice of poster paper, scissors, some glue or tape, and a stack of magazines. I chose to make mine out of a spiral bound sketch book -- a vision journal.

I like the journal because I can easily write inspirational messages next to the pictures.

To make the vision board cut pictures out of the magazines, and make a collage out of them. Then hang the board, or place the journal where you will see it everyday.

Want To Make The Best, Most Powerful Vision Board Ever?

There is special software that you can purchase, and download to create a dynamic vision board right on your computer.

I think this is a great way to go when it comes to creating vision boards because it gives you a much larger selection of items to choose from. Old magazines are fun, but they can be somewhat limiting. It's not that handmade vision boards aren't as effective, because they are. The software just makes it easier.

The particular package I'm recommending to you here, also provides addiitional information on how to make your vision board even more powerful...

"The Vision Board Studio, includes cutting-edge dynamic vision board software, incorporates ground breaking cognitive neuroscience, vital psychological elements and a proven 6-week plan of action to create the perfect solution for you - No matter where you are right now"

It includes easy step by step instructions, and all the tools you need to enhance and accelerate the achievement of your personal goals.
