Raw Icecream

Blend:

1 pint raw cream
2 raw eggs
1/2 pint raw honey
2 Tbsp vanilla
1 1/4 quarts raw milk

put into 1 gallon ice cream maker
hand or electric crank for 20 minutes surrounded with ice cream salt and ice.

Makes 1 gallon raw fresh ice cream. You can also
add your favorite raw fruit and nut toppings.

Eat to your health. "You can have your cake and eat it too" -- when you eat raw, there aren't any health repercussions! I recommend 3 servings per day on hot summer days.

Love Raw Icecream

I've been making raw ice cream for years, and you're right, it doesn't make you overweight if you're eating all raw -- and yeah that's a lot easier on your self esteem!

Not to mention that it tastes 100 times better than the stuff you buy in the grocery stores. My kids loved it.
