1 pint raw cream
2 raw eggs
1/2 pint raw honey
2 Tbsp vanilla
1 1/4 quarts raw milk
put into 1 gallon ice cream maker
hand or electric crank for 20 minutes surrounded with ice cream salt and ice.
Makes 1 gallon raw fresh ice cream. You can also
add your favorite raw fruit and nut toppings.
Eat to your health. "You can have your cake and eat it too" -- when you eat raw, there aren't any health repercussions! I recommend 3 servings per day on hot summer days.
