Want to learn how to make a self esteem workbook you can use to manifest the life of your dreams? I'll share how I made a workbook that helped me to effectively use the Law of Attraction to positively transform my life, and my experiences.
...Self esteem is feeling good about yourself and what you are doing in life.
Do you often find yourself focusing on the things that don't make you happy -- the things that you don't like about yourself or your life?...
...That's a sign of low self esteem.
The more you focus on the things that cause it, the more of them you will have. We attract what we pay attention to. It's the Cosmic Law of Attraction. Making this workbook, and continuing to use it, is a self esteem activity you won't want to quit. It will effectively take your mind off the things you don't want, and focus your attention on what you do want -- allowing you to bring them into your life.
Vision boards work so well because they do the same thing. They keep you focused on your dreams and desires. The difference is that a vision board consists of images, while the self esteem workbook is where you record your ideas. In fact, the two can work together quite well...
...Using your workbook to determine the best images for your vision board.
"In order to effect true positive change in your experience, you must disregard how things are -- as well as how others are seeing you -- and give more of your attention to the way you prefer things to be.
Sickness can become wellness, lack of abundance can become abundance, bad relationships can be replaced with good relationships, confusion can be replaced with clarity, and so on."
-- From Esther and Jerry Hick's life-changing work, "The Law Of Attraction".
For your self esteem workbook you will need a journal, sketchbook, or just a simple notebook will do.
Use your journal to record what you desire in life. For example, perhaps you'd like to get a degree, move to Costa Rica, or lose weight. Write these down in your self esteem workbook -- in as much detail as possible -- be specific. For example...
...If you want to get a degree, don't simply record "degree" -- unless it's a headline on a page. Think carefully about what type of degree you want. It's important to identify your desires in as much detail as possible because focusing on a vague idea isn't an effective way to manifest. Know what you want.
The process of refining your ideas can help you discover new ones as well.
According to Esther and Jerry Hicks, giving thought to what you want with clarity invokes a confirming emotional response from your inner Being. You feel happy and excited -- giving a powerful boost to your manifesting process.
Set aside 15 - 20 minutes to spend in your self esteem workbook each day.
If you're not sure of what you want, or what changes you'd like to make in your life, here are two easy ways to find out...
Each day, as you spend time in your workbook collecting data, recording ideas, and focusing on the things you want to manifest, stay open to opportunities, and be sure to allow your possibilities!
