Suppose the question is "Do you think you are worthless and useless?" If you answered yes, then write -- "I am worthless and useless". If your answer is "No, I don't think I am worthless, etc.", don't write anything down.
Answer each question on the test, and after you have finished it -- without judging -- simply observe what you see.
